We use your data to run the agent, show your history, apply and track credits, send the emails you ask for or opt into, provide support, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your drafts or brand profiles to advertise to you.
IdeaPress relies on a small number of processors: our hosting and database provider, an AI model provider used to research and write drafts, a live web-research provider used to find current sources, an email delivery provider, and Stripe for payments. They process your data only to deliver these functions.
Research runs, idea lists, and unpinned drafts are automatically deleted 30 days after they are created. Pinned drafts are kept until you delete them. You can delete your content at any time, and you can email us to have your account and all associated data removed. Billing records may be retained where required for tax and accounting.
Result and draft emails are optional and controlled from your settings page. Account and security emails (such as password resets) are always sent.
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account by emailing james@jameshmorris.com. We respond within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit, access to your content is restricted to your own account by database-level rules, and administrative access is limited to the service owner.
IdeaPress is not intended for anyone under 16.
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
