1. The service

IdeaPress researches timely topic ideas for your brand and writes drafts from the idea you select. It is a drafting aid, not a publishing or editorial service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Credits and payment

• Credits are purchased in one-time packs and added to your balance after payment.
• A research run costs 2 credits; writing a draft costs 5 credits.
• Credits have no cash value, do not expire, and are not transferable between accounts.
• Purchases are final. If credits were charged because of a technical fault on our side, tell us and we will restore them or refund the pack.
• Prices may change; changes never affect credits you have already bought.

4. Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the brand profiles and instructions you enter, and of the drafts the agent produces for you. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process that content to run the service. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing drafts before publishing them.

5. AI output disclaimer

Ideas and drafts are generated by AI models and cited web sources. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output produced for other users. We do not warrant that output is accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use IdeaPress to create unlawful, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content; to impersonate others; to generate spam at scale; or to reverse engineer, resell, or overload the service.

7. Data retention

Runs, idea lists, and unpinned drafts are deleted automatically 30 days after creation. Pin the drafts you want to keep. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Availability

The service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees. Scheduled runs depend on third-party AI and research providers and may be delayed or fail; failed runs do not consume credits.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or reputational harm arising from published content.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms. Unused credits are forfeited on termination for breach.
